Secret Signs You’re Not as Healthy as You Think

If you suspect that your health isn’t as good as it could be then now is the time for you to take action on that. If you don’t, then you may find that you end up running yourself into the ground or that you put your health at risk. If you want to do something about this, then be mindful of the points listed below.

You are Bloated

You might follow doctor’s orders all the time, such as choosing organic where possible, eating your greens and even working out. With that in mind, that doesn’t mean that you are healthy. If you find that you are bloated quite often or if you worry that you often have reflux then this can be a sign that there is a bigger issue at hand. When you eat too much or when you eat food that you are not supposed to, you may not feel too great for half an hour or so. A one-time thing is fine, and it’s easy to ignore. With that in mind, if you feel as though you experience discomfort and bloat quite often,  then this is a sign that you need to chat with your doctor. This is especially the case if you are experiencing issues regarding acid reflux & ENT

You Snore

Snoring happens when air cannot move through your nose and mouth freely. This often comes down to the muscles in your throat relaxing, and then slipping back into your throat. This can be caused by several reasons, whether it is because you are overweight, or because you have nasal polyps. With that in mind, snoring can be the result of sleep apnea as well. Snoring mouthguards can help manage this issue by keeping the airway open. Sleep apnea can stop you from breathing for a few seconds, and over prolonged periods, it can lead to difficulty concentrating, heart conditions, and high blood pressure.

You’re Gassy

Believe it or not, passing gas up to 21 times a day is normal. If you have a lot more gas than this, or if you are not passing gas at all then this can indicate that you have a serious problem. It may be that your bowels are not working as well as they could be, or that you have a digestive disorder. IBS is very common, and if you are experiencing issues such as this then you should go and see your doctor. This is especially the case if you also have a swollen stomach, heartburn and unintended weight loss.

You have Constant Fatigue

If you have had a tough week then it is normal for you to feel somewhat fatigued. If you feel fatigued more than you feel you should, or if you feel tired even when you haven’t done anything then this indicates that it is time for you to see your doctor. It may be that you are not as healthy as you could be or that you have an issue with your hormones or thyroid. If this is the case, then you may need to undergo hormone replacement therapy so that the issue doesn’t get worse.
