Mexican Avocado Soup

We all know that fruit and veg are an important part of any healthy lifestyle, and avocados are all the rage lately. Eating these little and regularly will allow a steady calorie intake throughout the week and keep you focused and alert.

Avocados benefit weight loss by helping you to feel satisfied and reduce your desire to eat. Having half an avocado a day is a great tasting way to help with your weight management. Also, think leafy greens and blueberries.

What’s more? Avocados are a great source of fat. The healthy monounsaturated fats help to satisfy hunger. They also contain an amino acid called L-carnitine that is used by the body when metabolizing fat. And what’s not to like about them? They are tasty and full of good fats that keep you full for longer and they have twice as much potassium as a banana, making them an excellent post workout food!

Enjoy this soup on a hot summer day and feel how it nourishes your body with every spoonful!
