Kate Middleton Stole the Show at Wimbledon

On July 12, Kate Middleton wowed us all in a stunning cream Self-Portrait dress at Wimbledon’s women’s singles final! Princess Kate returned the next day with Prince William and their adorable children, Charlotte & George. Her royal blue V-neck dress and stylish sun hat perfectly complemented the summer heat!

In recent months, the Princess of Wales has been spotted wearing her iconic engagement ring less frequently. However, she hasn’t gone without sparkle – often seen adorning her hand with a trio of elegant eternity bands. At this year’s Wimbledon, royal watchers were treated to a dazzling debut: all four rings worn together.

Each ring carries its own story. One is known to have been a gift from William to mark Prince George’s birth, while the other two are also believed to have sentimental ties to their relationship. Over the weekend, royal fans were treated to something new: for the first time, Kate wore all four rings – her engagement ring and three eternity bands – together in a sparkling display of love, legacy, and personal expression.

Diamond experts at UK jeweller Steven Stone have analysed the Princess’s eternity rings, valued at a combined £7,200, revealing the details behind this beautifully symbolic stack.
Maxwell Stone at Steven Stone commented: “While Kate’s legendary 12-carat Ceylon sapphire – once belonging to Princess Diana – needs no introduction, her eternity rings have largely flown under the radar. The one she wears most often is believed to be a gift from Prince William to mark the birth of Prince George. Set in 18ct white gold with a high-polish finish, it features 0.23ct of diamonds and is valued at around £1,500.
Little is known about her slim white diamond band, which I’d estimate to be worth approximately £1,000. The third ring appears to be the Étincelle de Cartier wedding band, set with 19 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.24ct total) and 19 brilliant-cut sapphires (0.34ct total), which retails at £4,700. The exquisite piece is believed to have been a gift from William to celebrate the couple’s 13th wedding anniversary last year.
Eternity rings traditionally symbolise lasting love and life’s milestones. For the Princess, wearing them alongside her engagement ring for the first time may reflect a deeper, more personal story – one rooted in family, motherhood, and quiet strength. It’s a subtle shift that suggests she’s embracing not just the legacy of a single iconic gem, but the layered journey that has followed.
Altogether, Kate’s eternity rings are worth an estimated £7,200 – a far cry from the eye-watering £390,000 value of her engagement ring, but striking in their own right.”
