All That Sparkles: Embellishment Steals the Spotlight at the 2026 Grammys

The 2026 Grammys delivered epic performances and unforgettable fashion moments, but one trend clearly stole the spotlight on the red carpet: embellishment.  

From shimmering sequins to intricate beadwork and dramatic ruffles, celebrities like Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Dean, Zara Larson and Paris Hilton took the red carpet by storm with their standout looks.

Off the back of this we have seen increases in demand for embellished dresses across search and social, with ‘high neck embellished dress’ up 90% on Google and ‘embellished cut out mini dress up 700% on TikTok. 

That said, dressing up is having a moment: TikTok searches for “ethereal dresses” are up 410% over the past week, as creators show off their favourite embellished styles and show-stopping looks.
