How to Make Tyla’s VIRAL Erewhon Smoothie at Home

With over 3.5 million views on TikTok (and counting), it’s safe to say Tyla’s new limited edition Erewhon smoothie has taken the world by storm. In the last month, fans have been queuing up outside the upmarket US grocery store to try the new viral celeb-inspired drink.

The new flavour, called ‘Bliss’, is a mix of tropical fruits and skin-enhancing vitamins, promising customers a healthy and delicious drink option for the perfect summer glow.

In the UK, many are eager to see what all the hype is about, with Google searches for ‘erewhon smoothie recipe’ having skyrocketed by 202% in the last month alone.

To help those unable to visit Erewhon, we spoke with the culinary team at Ninja Kitchen to reveal exactly how to make the popular drink from the comfort of your own home.

How to make the Erewhon Bliss Smoothie Dupe 

PREP: 5 minutes

FREEZE TIME: 24 hours 

MAKES: 1 serving

BEST WITHIN: 2 weeks

INGREDIENTS

95g frozen mango chunks

95g frozen pineapple chunks

½ sachet lemon-flavoured electrolytes

1 teaspoon ionic minerals silica (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla-flavoured collagen powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

115ml berry tea (brewed and leave to cool)

115g coconut milk

TOPPINGS (optional)

1 tablespoon raspberry puree 

2 tablespoons coconut cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill an empty tub with the ingredients in the order listed (not the toppings) up to but not exceeding the max fill line. Place lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours. 
  2. Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
  3. Select SMOOTHIE BOWL. 
  4. While the smoothie bowl is processing, in a small bowl, combine the raspberry puree and coconut cream. Then line a serving glass with the raspberry coconut puree. 
  5. Once processing is complete, transfer the smoothie to a glass, serve and enjoy!
