Your Guide For Perfect Summer Skin & Hair

The weather in the UK this past week has has been absolutely beautiful, we’ve enjoyed glorious sunshine and we’re currently rocking a very welcome sun kissed glow. We are so ready for summer, if the current spring weather is anything to go by, and over the next few weeks we’re putting in the effort to ensure our skin and hair is looking fabulous! Preparation is key, and we want to look killer in that new dress we picked up from Zara over the weekend.

So let’s get back to the self care, a brand that’s popped up on our radar recently is Riza Beauty. A 100% vegan, cruelty free skincare and hair brand that specialize in utilising natural ingredients and promises results! But is it too good to be true? We gave some of their most popular products a test to see if they live up to the hype…

Riza Nutrient Rich Body Oil

This lightweight oil contains vitamins A, C and E as well as frankincense and myrrh to leave your skin feeling healthy, soft and supple. The ingredients are 100% natural and contain no nasties such as sulphates or parabens.

The beautiful blend of natural oils (including argan, jojoba and lavender) left our skin feeling as soft to touch as silk. We’re so glad to have found this product, it works wonders on dry skin and leaves you feeling simply gorgeous. There’s also a version for men too, which our boyfriends have been loving, just don’t let them know we told you so!

Riza Hydrating Hair Mist

Because your hair needs attention too!

We often think about moisturising our face and our legs but what about our hair? This hydrating mist is great for any hair type, but particularly fabulous for dry and brittle hair in need of TLC. Full of nutrients, the combination of natural ingredients including rose water and aloe vera revitalises and repairs damaged hair. If your hair is coloured this is a fantastic product and the bleach blonde babes in the office have been loving the results! Hello healthy hair!

Riza Moisturising Avocado and Coconut Hair Butter

For intense moisture and prevention of split ends, this hair butter is a bathroom essential. This product works well for those who suffer with a dry, itchy scalp and is a real miracle formula. We’ve been using this 3/4 times a week and the difference to our locks is quite simply amazing. Our hair feels stronger, healthier and more luscious, a total cult product that we won’t be giving up any time soon.

Riza Luxurious Hot Oil

If you suffer from a dry scalp, dandruff, split ends or excessive shedding then this might just be the product for you. Use as a pre-shampoo treatment, massaging the lightweight oil into your scalp and leaving to soak into your hair for 5 minutes before drying for 15. The nutrients work hard to improve your hair quality and banish any of those pesky white flakes.
