Lost Beauty Secrets

Before you start revealing your inner beauty by trying out these old forgotten remedies, follow these tips to get great skin and beautiful hair.

Move a lot- Yes, the secret to their ageless skin, because most of them could not sit still, or afford to be lazy, moving a lot and doing their chores was their way of exercising and staying fit and the happy hormones did their skin a whole lot of good. Strangely nowadays doctors have started advocating the same, sitting is the new smoking and it kills. Try to include at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 – 6 days a week.

Have ghee-The west has discovered clarified butter or ghee now and woken up to the fact that ghee does wonders for your skin and health. So bring that bottle back, filled with loads of good fats on your dining table. It has been much maligned, pretty undeservedly at that.

Sleep on time- We are always cribbing about our dark circles and patchy and dull skin but have we given the root cause of much of a thought? We are ignoring sleep! Sleep detoxifies our body, helps our body to get rid of toxins and rejuvenates us as nothing else does.

Eat carrots or drink carrot juice- The influx of anti-oxidants in your body gives you skin a luminous glow which is hard to ignore.
