Anyone For Tennis? The Arch London Serves Up Tennis-Themed Afternoon Tea in Time For Wimbledon Championships

There is nothing more British than the quintessential afternoon tea. It’s a constant that has always brought people together, regardless of any language or cultural barriers. With the solution to any problem always involving putting the kettle on, sharing sadness and joy over a hot drink is a comforting, nurturing ritual. Yes, pouring someone a cup of tea is a sign of true friendship, so it’s no better time than now to enjoy a Wimbledon inspired afternoon tea with your besties to celebrate the oldest tournament in Britain.

Only the best for you and your bffs, The Arch London currently serves up the most Instagrammable tennis-themed afternoon tea in town, just in time for the Wimbledon championships!

The team at YCB were invited over to their Marble Arch location on Great Cumberland Place to indulge in an array of gorgeous Wimbledon themed cakes, glasses of refreshing taittinger champagne, the classic PIMM’S & Cucumber Jelly and Strawberries & Cream as well as delicious tea and warm baked scones and freshly made sandwiches with that special crunch. Yumm!

We LOVED the edible gingerbread tennis racket, tennis court and tennis ball cakes on The Arch London’s brand new Wimbledon Afternoon Tea, all perfectly perfect for boosting your Instagram feed!

Available from 12.30pm to 5pm, from 2 July until 15 July 2018, this winning tea will be served in the hotel’s chic Martini Library.
