Back to Bed: Brits at Their Happiest when Donning Their Pyjamas

Marking the start to Winter, the end of daylight saving time brings about one satisfying habit that many of us will admit to – the moment you arrive home and change in to your sleep wear.

This year marks the second year, high street favourite HOBBS design a loungewear range specifically for the cosiest time of year. Based on the great success of their first range, the quintessentially British brand, known for catering to the stylish woman all year around, have significantly expanded their pyjama range including luxury 100% silk and cotton sets.

Over the last few years, it has become more apparent that sleep wear is no longer being treated just as that, with many people lounging in, travelling in and even wearing sleep wear as fashion statements. With the rise of the Scandi ‘Hygge’ trend, what was once a guilty pleasure has now becoming something we proudly boast about.

Following a recent survey, it has been revealed that the UK are happiest when lounging with pets, in a clean/tidy home and wearing our pyjamas. As the ‘Feel The Happiness’ report puts it, the UK are utterly devoted pyjama-wearers, with 60% of those who work from home choosing to do so in their sleep wear.

Considering that this less sartorially championed piece plays such a big part in our lives, it seems only logical that we invest in a quality set of two.

HOBBS’ range of pyjama sets and loungewear separates, will have you feeling the most ‘Hygge’ you can possibly get.
