1. Proper food is very important.

First thing’s first. If you really want to help your oily skin, it is necessary to review what you are eating and drinking. Cut down on the foods that are considered unhealthy. Increase the amount of nutritious foods and beverages. It is also good to increase your intake of fluids, (specifically water) and monitor how your stomach reacts to different food combinations. Find healthy combinations you like and stick with them. Don’t be afraid to be creative with your healthy food ideas, either! Healthy food doesn’t have to be boring! Your skin will thank you later.

2. Oily skin needs to be carefully cleaned.

One rookie mistake many women make while washing their oily skin is trying to remove natural oils with ordinary soap and water, or washers containing alcohol. In fact, such products can ultimately do more harm than good. The skin will try to counterbalance the dryness such washing made, and that will result in your skin making even more oil.
